In Memoriam: Judy Mills

During her time here at PCAA Judy Mills sat on our board of directors, led countless workshops, taught kids how to make books, collected art supplies, painted, sewed and shared her talent with all that would listen. Judy’s light shined bright on everything she did and although she is gone it is our mission to keep her light shining.

The Judy Mills Memorial Scholarship fund was created to aid graduating Seniors of PUHS who are going into the field of the Arts (university, community college, trade school, certificate program)
